Begin by covering your entire paper with a brayered
pen design or with a brayered rainbow pad design. Then
brush rubber cement in the center only (tip: do not
try to make a perfect design with the rubber cement
- keep it loose). Allow the rubber cement to dry thoroughly.
Ink the brayer completely with a dark colored marker
or with a dark colored ink pad. Roll it all over paper,
beginning and ending off of the paper. Once the ink
has dried, rub the rubber cement off. From "Craft Tips
